One of my female employees was very rude today and, after I complained about her rude tone, called me an old woman.

Nothing to complain about! A huge selection of EVERYTHING, especially non-fiction. Lots of quiet spots, but also places to meet new people. Highly recommended as a study spot (they even have coffee for €1). It turns out not everything is bad just because it's in Gera ;)

As always, I found what I was looking for, you never leave without something 😄

Great place. The only downside is the older, but very unfriendly employee with gray hair and glasses.

I really enjoy visiting this place in Gera; I always find good books or magazines, and there are always interesting events. Keep up the friendly and active work!
